Front Server Fan Mount

Below is a 3D model of a front 2u server mounting bracket for 80 mm fans. The model can be rotated and moved using your mouse.

This cooler is designed for servers equipped with small, silent coolers, which typically do not provide sufficient airflow for effective cooling.
The bracket directs fresh air into the server, across the hard drives, and delivers a substantial airflow while remaining relatively quiet.
To mount the brackets ther may be the need for a small strip of rubbery material to creata tight fit.
In the case of my server a slice of an window isolation was used.
The part can be 3D printed using standard materials, as the fans themselves do not generate significant heat.
Please note that support structures may be required in the fan openings and around the screw mounts during printing.

In addition, connector models are provided to allow multiple 80 mm fans to be wired in parallel, as shown in the attached photo.

To provide a better impression of the adapter in practical use, several photos of the server are attached.

Please note that the fans should be equipped with protective grills if there is any risk of accidental contact.
